Now, look at players regular 1 and casual 6. Imagine they want to get the same item, if casual 6 could use pay points to fill run -9, -8, -8, -6, -6, and -2 attendance, no one else, would have more priority than casual 6, 10 lot points. Even if regualr 1 also fills run -3 and -1, he would only get 7, not enough.
As regualr 1 usually attends, can get the drop in any other run, and casual 6 can get the priority for lotting, event if not often attending, but have spend long time in the ls.

To make it clearer, instead 2 kinds of points, we will call Lot points -> priority, Pay Points -> Points.
And now here we go, I'll explain again with new terms xDDD

The rules proposal are:

About Priority:

• Hihger priority player will lot first than players with lower priority.
  
• Priority overdue, only 15 last runs are taken in count for priority porposes (only 10 in example).
  
• A player priority increses in 1 each time this player attends to a run (marked as O).
  
• Each time a player gets a commented item, priority is reduced in 1, the newest priority of unspent run is spent (first O at right side in attendance control become marked as X).
  
• It's posible to buy the priority of unattended runs (only unattended ones), by paying a certain amount of points (not decided yet) (marked as #) (not used in example), this must be worked a bit more, I'm thinking about you can claim this buying at anytime (for examlpe when item drop), but # are asigned to oldest runs, and when # overdue, they don't turn into points.
  
• Players with priority 0 can't lot anything.
  

About Points:

• Points are used to pay items.
  
• Points don't overdue (maybe a cap can be imposed).
  
• Point can be earned in different ways:
  
  • Being punctual.
    
  • Staying for farm.
    
  • Overdued priority got in run attendande.
    

About comments and lotting:

• A player can comment up to 3 items per run, oredering them in preference.
  
• Each item commented and got, reduce priority in 1.
  
• The order to lot is:
  
  1. Preference.
     
  2. Level (70+, 60+, 50+, any).
     
  3. Priority.
  
  
• Freelots don't reduce priority, but they must be paid, as their usual cost, in points.
  
• Points doesn't affect lotting priority directly.
